How can I pause my membership payments if I need to take a break?We know you might not always have a lot of design work to fill a whole month. Maybe you only need one or two designs right now. That's why you can pause your subscription. Our billing works in 31-day periods. So, if you sign up and only use 21 days, then decide to pause, you won't lose out. You'll still have 10 days left that you can use anytime later.

What is the process for submitting a design or finance request with FideSpark?Our process provides great flexibility for requesting designs through Trello. Whether it's directly on Trello, via shared Google Docs or wireframes, or through a quick Loom video for those who'd rather not write out their briefs, we've got you covered. If it can be linked to or shared within Trello, it works for us.
